SMS Terms
Last updated: 1 November 2026
In short: Businesses that use Ansorly can send you text messages about your appointments with them. Reply STOP to stop them at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
1. What these messages are
Ansorly is an AI receptionist used by service businesses such as plumbing and heating and air conditioning companies. When you book an appointment with one of these businesses, by phone or otherwise, and give your mobile number, the business may use Ansorly to send you text messages about that appointment: confirmations, reminders, changes, and replies to messages you leave. These messages are sent on behalf of the business named in each message.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. Consent
By giving your mobile number to a business for your appointment and agreeing to receive texts about it, you consent to receive these messages from that business through Ansorly. Consent is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
3. How often
Message frequency varies with your appointments; typically 1 to 4 messages per appointment.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
5. Stopping messages and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ansorly.com. You can also contact the business named in the message directly.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Mobile information (including your number and consent to receive texts) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our texting provider), only to send them. See our Privacy Policy for more.
