Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
In short: Plans are month to month: cancel any time and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. If you're not happy with your first paid month, we'll refund it.
1. First-month guarantee
If you're not satisfied during your first paid month, email us before the end of that month and we will refund that month's plan fee in full. This applies once per business.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel any time by emailing hello@ansorly.com from the email address on your account, or by cancelling through our payment provider where available.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you have already paid for. The Service keeps working until then.
- Before your account closes, you can ask for an export of your call records. See our Terms of Service for what happens to your data afterwards.
- Remember to switch off call forwarding to Ansorly on your phone when you cancel.
3. Refunds after the first month
- Apart from the first-month guarantee, plan fees are not refunded for a partly used month, and there is no credit for unused minutes (included minutes don't roll over).
- Extra minutes are charged for minutes actually used and are not refundable.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example twice, or after you cancelled), we will refund the mistaken amount in full.
- If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a fault on our side, we will credit the affected days against your next invoice.
- If we cancel your subscription without your fault, we refund fees paid for the period after it ends.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 10 working days of being approved. Where Paddle sold you the subscription, refunds are made through Paddle and its own buyer terms also apply. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the money.
