Ansorly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

In short: We collect only what we need to answer our customers' calls and run their accounts. We never sell personal information and never use it to train AI models. When we answer a call for a business, that business decides how its customers' information is used; we act on its behalf.

1. Who we are

Ansorly is operated by Hassan Akhter, a sole proprietor based in Karachi, Pakistan ("Ansorly", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, when a business uses Ansorly, and when you call a business that uses Ansorly. Contact: hello@ansorly.com, Plot B-158, Block I, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan.

4. How we use it

We do not sell or rent personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it to train or fine-tune AI models. For people in the UK or EU, we rely on these legal grounds: performing our contract with our customers, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, legal obligations, and consent where it is required.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

6. Where it is processed

Ansorly's servers and AI processing are in the United States. Ansorly is operated from Pakistan, and our staff may access information from there to provide support and run the service. Where information moves between countries, we protect it with the measures described in this policy and, where required, appropriate contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

8. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the website, the app and data in transit; keep customers' account keys encrypted; store passwords only in scrambled one-way form; limit access to the people who need it; keep each business's information separate from every other business's; and keep backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected customers promptly if a breach affects their data.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict some uses, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

10. Children

Ansorly is a service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 except as part of a call made to a business.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top. For significant changes we will also email our customers.
